London weather

Fujifilm FinePix X100, 23.0mm, 1/480s, f/7.1, ISO 200

With the the weather all over the place at the moment (it's been tipping down with rain and is suddenly quite sunny) and as we're about to go for lunch with my friend, Magda, I thought I'd post this photo from a few years ago when I was going to meet Magda after work one evening. The weather had been really poor, with rain coming and going in big downpours, but cleared up a bit as I walked along the south bank from work, leaving a nice contrasty sky with dark clouds and sun shining through, even briefly.

This photo sums up weather in London (and the UK, really): miserable one minute and glorious the next.
