Roman streets

Fujifilm X-T1, 23.0mm, 1/280s, f/8.0, ISO 200

Another shot from the first day of our honeymoon in September. We rented an Airbnb apartment about 15 minutes walk from the Colosseum in Rome for the first few nights, so after dropping off our luggage we headed straight there to catch the magic hour light before dinner.

On our walk, the road passed under an old aqueduct by the Basilica di San Giovanni in Laterano and then splayed out into a wide open set of cross roads, where I took this photo. The light was already lovely and warm, to go with the temperature itself, and it was a nice little moment captured as we played Frogger across the super-wide road.

Taken with the Fuji X-T1 and XF 23mm 1.4 R lens.
